In conjunction with the November 12/13 USA Rugby Coach Certification workshops in Schaumburg , IL , the Illinois Youth Rugby Association will be hosting technical training sessions presented by some of the leading rugby experts in the Midwest . These technical training sessions are open for all Rugby Coaches and Administrators to attended irrespective of whether they are attending the USA Rugby Workshops. There is no charge for attending these technical training sessions.
