As is typical in all sports governed by an international body, players and clubs often travel abroad to participate in matches, tournaments or leagues conducted in a foreign country. Rugby is no different.

Please file a Discipline Report via email within 2 days of the incident. Failure to submit these reports negates your club's ability to appeal any action taken by CARFU, MWRFU, and/or USARFU. Consider this notice fair warning. CARFU is now adamantly requiring the use of Discipline Reports. Additionally, CARFU will STRICTLY enforce all Discipline Procedures if an incident involves harassment or abuse of our referees.
